Common questions about donating to AFRIYEA Golf Academy
Is my donation secure?
Yes. We use Flutterwave, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. Your card details are processed securely and never stored on our servers. All transactions are encrypted with industry-standard SSL.
Can I get a receipt for my donation?
Yes. You will receive an email receipt from Flutterwave immediately after your donation. For UK bank transfers via Afrinspire, a receipt will be issued upon request.
What is Gift Aid and how do I claim it?
Gift Aid allows UK charities to claim an extra 25p from HMRC for every £1 you donate, at no extra cost to you.
To qualify, you must be a UK taxpayer and complete a Gift Aid Declaration Form. Bank transfers through our UK partner Afrinspire are eligible.
Can I make a recurring donation?
Currently, our online form supports one-time donations. For recurring monthly sponsorship (£10 UK / $12 International), please contact us to set up a standing order.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
For UK taxpayers, donations through our partner Afrinspire are eligible for Gift Aid, allowing us to claim an additional 25%. International donors should consult their local tax advisor regarding deductibility.
